Dana describes her work as impressionistic and fauvist, while embracing abstract colors with a fresh Zenlike beginner’s mind. She is an observer of the world around her and the beauty of existence. In her recent still life work, whether it be food, drink, or flowers, Dana believes that: “Still life takes me to a moment in time, usually of light, of joy – when all that matters is that one precious moment. I want to feel that moment, and bring this joy to others.”
